Email and SMS campaigns for a window repair company
A glass customer rarely needs you twice, but she has other windows, she knows people who do, and she will forget your name within a month. The list of everyone you have invoiced in the last three years is the cheapest marketing a glass shop owns and most have never sent it anything.
Four messages a year is enough: March for sash and screen season, June for storm board-ups, October for foggy glass on cold mornings, December for holiday break-ins. Each is three sentences from the owner's name and gets a 1% to 3% response, which on a list of 800 is 8 to 24 jobs for twenty minutes of work. Property managers get a separate November email with per-unit foggy pricing and a free survey offer, timed to when they set next year's budget. See the slow-season plan for the calendar.
